Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Catering Science is a 3-year under-graduate degree course that studies hospitality management, like tour & travel service, food and lodging services and catering services. 

Students must have a Higher Secondary passed in Science stream with 50% aggregate marks to pursue this degree.

Catering Manager

They have to monitor the quality of food and service for customers. They also have to oversee the performance of the staff in kitchens. The main goal of their job is to serve their customers the good quality food and maintain the hygiene

Hotel Manager

Hotel Managers are responsible for planning, marketing, coordinating and administering the services of hotels/ motels etc. They have to manage the works of employees

Customer Service Executive

They have to supervise the customer service representatives and to ensure the services so that it can meet the goal of their business

Human Resources Officer

They are responsible for recruiting new employees, taking interviews, hiring and firing them, and to see the office administration, team building, employee relations etc.

Executive Chef

Their job role is to do plan for preparing food and culinary activities

Housekeeping Manager

They have to see and supervise their employees for doing laundry of customers, cleaning their rooms and maintaining the furniture’s, other equipment in a hotel
